1. Account information

The panel stores information used to provide and manage your account. This includes your username, account credentials, account type, credit balance, subscription and expiry. Profile details such as your name, email address and phone number are stored when provided.

2. Activity and connection records

Depending on the service and server configuration, operational records include:

• Sign-in times, IP addresses, browser or device information, and account-management actions.
• VPN connection status, session information, server use, and upload/download totals reported to the panel.
• Device identifiers used by app authentication and device fingerprints used for device-history reports.

These records support authentication, account limits, troubleshooting, usage reporting and security monitoring.

3. Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies keep you signed in and support account security. Browser storage remembers interface preferences, including colours and appearance, and coordinates the inactivity timeout across tabs. Blocking or clearing this storage can affect these features.

4. Access and service providers

Authorized administrators and your reseller can access account information within their panel permissions. Hosting, configured VPN servers and, where enabled, Cloudflare process information needed to deliver and protect the service. Country/request reports use aggregated website traffic statistics.

This notice describes the panel. Connected VPN applications, servers and network providers may have additional data-handling practices.

5. Stored records and requests

Account and operational records are stored in the panel database and may be included in hosting backups. To ask about stored information, correction, retention or deletion, contact the administrator or reseller who provided your account.
